Returns & Exchange

To initiate a return please email us with your order number at copperandco.shop@gmail.com with the subject RETURN.

To be eligible for a return:

• Returns received within 20 days of original purchase will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.

• Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. 

• We cannot accept returns after 20 days.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax. 

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless it is the result of our mistake, in which case we will provide a return label. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item (within 20 days) for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.
